One of the best haircuts I've had in years!. When I called to make an appointment I mentioned that I had been battling breast cancer and wanted to feel pretty again, that's when I was referred to Wendy Schon who is what they call a "Day-Maker" someone who goes out of their way to put a smile on your face. I had a great experience with Wendy she was compassionate and very talented as a hair designer. I highly recommend Zante' Salon.

Best place in Bend for waxing. I've lived in Bend for 3 years and I first went to Zante becuz its an Aveda salon, I've stayed because of the great people who work there. I like people who pay attention to detail - Sarah Doll does the most precise job with my haircut and Lisa does great with my eyebrows and my brazillian wax. I would never leave those girls!

Love it!. This place is awesome! Ive been going there for years and have always loved my hair. I am a spur of the moment girl and dont always plan ahead so I have seen most of the stylists there over the years. With the exception of one gal (who no longer works there) Ive always LOVED my do.

Joanne is the manager and has gone out of her way numerous times to accomidate my last minute requests.

WORST SALON. WORST SALON EVER! Bend residents and visitors BEWARE!

After giving this place numerous attempts I have decided to for warn others of the dangers of going to this salon.

My first experience was hair color that washed out after two showers. This is horrible because I use Aveda shampoo/conditioner.

The next experience with this salon led to 4 inches of my healthy blond locks getting lobbed off with one side longer than the other, totally uneven! Seriously the most horrendous hair cut of my life!

When I went back to get a complimentary "fix" for the hair cut things got evened out via lobbing off another 2 inches.

Ashamed and upset, I left without grabbing my rings from the hairstylist, who removed them to give a hand massage.

I flew out to visit my family the next day.

Upon remembering my rings, I called the salon to make sure they had them, one of which was my Grandmother's who has passed away, and they said that they would keep them for me.

When I returned from my visit I went in to collect my rings and they were NO WHERE to be found!

They lost my rings and were very, VERY rude about the whole ordeal!

My thoughts on Zante are that they are a bunch of undeserving thieves who provide horrible service!

SAVE YOURSELF THE HARDSHIPS AND GO ELSEWHERE!

Great facial & same day service!. Page at Zante gave me a wonderful anti-aging facial with Aveda aromatherapy. A great birthday present for self! I liked the location & the aesthetics of the salon and the fact that everyone is very nice there, not doing the hard-sell on products.

fun classy and real. I have lived in Bend for 3 years. Prior to Bend I lived in Portland and visited numerous spas. Zante truly is in a class by itself. It offers wonderful Spa treatments at affordable prices. The time and care given with each treatment is always a treat whether you are from Bend or just visiting. The Aveda products are amazing and really make a differance with our Central Oregon weather. The staff is fun and always makes me feel like I am there to have a great time!

Great Experience. Great location. Great service. I'm a local in Bend and I have been a few times for facials and pedicures. It is clean and relaxing. I highly suggest giving this place a try.

Best Spa in town. I live out of town, but every time i visit Bend I must visit this Salon/Spa! The environment is friendly, inviting, professional, and up to date. I am always treated like the best, and it is true pampering. Always greeted with a smile, and well taken care of. It is cozy, and the Aveda products are amazing. The staff is wonderful and I highly recommend this Spa to anyone who wants to make time at the Spa an experience and worth their while.

Over-rated. Made appointment for wedding party. I came in for a trial run 2 weeks before, returned day of the wedding to find out that the girl that i was supposed to have do my hair quit. I did not recieve any notification and had to pay 50 dollers for a practice run that became worthless. My hair was not the same wedding day but at least looked nice. All bridemaids har was rushed and looked sloopy, they were short staffed. Zantes is supposed to be a good place in bend, i found them unprofessional and in the middle for standards.

If you like Aveda, check them out. I've been to a few Aveda spas around the country. This one has a friendlier feel than most. If you like Aveda, this is a pretty good place.
