Dr. Gobeille Orthodontics the best in town. After having an initial consultation with four orthodontic offices in town. I came to an easy and quick decision with Gobeille Orthodontics. First of all I was totally impressed with the overall consultation which took an hour. Dr. Gobeille, his office and team of staff were all completely professional. Jacqueline introduced me to the entire office and practice and filled me in on everything that would take place. After having complete workup of pictures inside and outside of my mouth, Dr. Gobeille studied my teeth in person and with the pictures up on the computer screen. This was all a courtesy consult! Amazing! After the consultation, Jacquelin was able to write up a quote for Damon braces as my bite is way off and my uppers don't even cover over my lower level teeth. The 16 month treatment was very competitive in the market after having seen four other previous quotes at less desirable offices. Instantly Gobeille Ortho was my choice and now nearly three months in I am totally satisfied. No surprise. I have never waited to be treated and have even been squeezed in rather quickly for a bracket repair. I have come across several other people in town with braces and we all share the same happy and satisfied experience. go and have a visit yourself and you will find yourself in good hands.

Totally Great Experience. All the staff are friendly, professional, caring and 110% patient focused. Every one of my daughter's appointments were on time or even early.

The entire process was clearly explained and all questions and concerns thoroughly addressed by Dr Gobeille. Everything went according to plan except the braces were removed a month earlier than expected and with great results.......a daughter with a perfect bite and a happy smile.

Simply The Best. As a Baby Boomer I wasn't excited to hear I needed braces again. I had already been through the orthodontic process years ago as a teenager. However, I placed my trust in Dr. Gobeille and his outstanding staff and now 14 months later I couldn't be more pleased with the results!!!

It is with confidence that I am very happy to recommend to anyone facing orthodontics, the office of Dr. David Gobeille. As a patient I was always made to feel important and was given the best of care. My questions were always answered and my appointments were always on time.

I'd like to say THANK YOU to all my new friends at Gobeille Orthodontics for encouraging me along the way. My beautiful new smile reflects my sincere gratitude. You guys are simply the best.

Great Customer Service. We have been so happy with Gobeille Orthodontics. The staff is friendly and efficient. Their customer service and attention to detail is superior! I highly recommend Dr. Gobeille if you are in need of orthodontic treatment. They also have the best cookies in town.

Outstanding customer service and attention to detail!!!. This place absolutely covers everything and lacks for nothing!

Starting with the atmosphere - comfortable, relaxed and friendly. The staff- when I walk in, I feel like everyone is genuinely happy to see me. They quickly knew me by name. You can tell that every person is happy working there and they get along. The staff is still professional and very informative. They all know what they're doing and are especially good with the kids. Dr. G is serious about what he does but not overbearing. He has always listened and explained. But try as much as I did, I couldn't bribe him to take my braces off early. He was truly concerned about my teeth being as perfect as possible. When my daughter was having problems due to lack of brushing, he would rather take the braces off and let her have non-straight teeth than straight teeth with lots of cavities and gum disease. Although it was serious, they still treated her with respect.

Price- I was told that they were not the cheapest priced and are probably a little higher than most. When I asked why, I was told because of the service provided, and they are equiped with all the newest technology. I was told I would never wait more than 10 minutes from my appointment time. That was true. Also the service is outstanding. Also, because of the new technology, my braces were only on about 1 year. My daughter, with more problems than me, just over 2 years. All of these factors are worth a little more money to me.

Information - I was given all the options for myself and my daughter so I could make a decision based on all the facts. There was no high pressure sales tactics.

There is absolutely nothing I would change about this business. I have, and do, highly recommend it. If there is anything they can do for you, they'll do it. And honestly, when my treatment is complete, I will miss going in.

Bad customer service. My experience with Dr. Gobeille's office has been one I wish I did not have to experience let alone actually pay for it. If your looking for customer service I suggest you look some where else.

Most knowledgeable ortho in town. First of all, I have done a lot of research on orthodontists. Dr. Gobeille definitely knows his stuff. Secondly, I have never been treated so well in a doctor's office before. His staff is outstanding and Dr. Gobeille is very friendly. I chose Gobeille Orthodontics because a lifetime of healthy teeth and joints was my top priority. Dr. Gobeille addresses function as well as aesthetic concerns. And he won't compromise treatment for just straight teeth. Plus, he uses Damon braces, which to me, seem like magic braces.

too invasive. Several months ago, I went to Gobeille for a free consultation. His staff was very friendly and welcoming, as was Gobeille himself. He also saw me right on time. However, he suggested jaw surgery to correct my overjet. This would have cost around $10000 and meant six weeks of recovery. I went to Rosenzweig instead, who proposed a much less invasive and less expensive treatment plan. If your teeth aren't too bad you should give Gobeille a shot, because he's great in every other way. But if your problems are more severe, I would recommend Rosenzweig.
