Get a receipt. We went to El Jimador on our trip to Bend. It was on a Sunday afternoon at 2:09PM. The name on the receipt read Agueda as our bartender. We ordered a couple Sauza Hornitos margaritas with Grand Marnier and some Guacamole. She made the margaritas with Grand Gala, not Grand Marnier and they were awful. Bad sweet & sour and bad flavor. We decided not to eat there and asked for the bill. She told us it was $29.90 and opened the register. I gave her $50 and because she didn't ring anything in, I asked her for a receipt. She gave me $15 back and ignored my request for a receipt. She started to walk away and I told her she gave me the wrong change and again asked for a receipt. I watched as she rang in the items ($29.95), she gave me the correct change and a receipt. I don't know how you can charge $11 for a crappy margarita and stay in business, but that's not really the issue. If you drink there, I would suggest you count your change and get a receipt because it appears that she was either stealing from her employer or they are evading taxes.

Quick service, great food, fun atmosphere and great location. We got in for Sunday lunch no problem. Prices were very reasonable, Service was very attentive and excellent. They worked with any changes and everything tasted great. A perfect Sunday afternoon lunch stop.
