For those who know QUALITY!!. This is a quality establishment!!

This is not just a cheap poke-and-go shop, or someone selling fake jewelry out of a tattoo shop. They're fair priced, and only sell high quality. VERY CLEAN!! It took me a minute to find them, but I called and the girl who answered told me to drive around the block and look up - they're on the second story. I liked how they were funny. :-P They took time to chat with me, the girl with dark brown long hair even noticed I was wearing a pair of stone plugs that they carry too.

I was a bit leary when moving to a small town about getting good stuff. I'm one of those piercing snobs. Not to worry, this is a place for people who can tell a difference.

learned SO much!!. I came in with a problem, and it sounds like they get that alot. The girl behind the register spent a lot of time helping me, then the piercing girl followed up to make sure I understood it all.

Definately alot of explaining, they kept asking me if it made sense. The piercing girl said they wanted to make sure I was getting an education so I wouldn't have problems again!!

They were so funny and tried to make me laugh about it. Asked if I learned my lesson! I DID!

Gimme the money. I recently received a piercing from this establishment and was initially very pleased with the outcome. Unfortunately after having some issues regarding an order I had placed w/ them, the (owner?) employee i dealt with was very rude and condecending to me. All I feel I was asking for was good service and friendly advice and instead i recieved dirty looks....

If your looking to just hand over your cash and get a needle stuck through you then go ahead and visit this shop, but if your like me and would also like good customer service, prompt jewlery ordering ( i waited 3 months for a belly ring!), and follow up advice Id have to suggest you visit elsewhere or be subject to the same cold treatment I recieved.

Inexperience at your finest. They talk to you like they know their business....

But they really dont know anything about people skills or piercings. I will never again buy jewelry there or ever refer anyone to go there. That was my first and last time in that ------ shop.

Fun and friendly!. From the second you walk in the door you feel wanted there. They are all really nice and really helpful. Even if you ask a million questions they try and help answer all of them! Jamie is the best! If your nervous or anything she is always so calm and just a really cool person it makes you want to go back! If your looking for a friendly and clean environment starfire is where you should go! And if you ask me the prices are decent and you get what you pay for and much more!

Jamie is a very good piercer though.

Simply the best!. This place rocks. For the price of the quality jewlery and how nice Jamie is it would be impossible to get me to go elsewere!

Caring and safe. I've gotten five piercing at different locations and this place is unlike any other piercing place I've been to. This place actually cares for the customer. They only use the safest procedures and materials for their work and give you any instruction you need to take care of your piercing. I got my lip pierced here and they talked me through the entire procedure and made sure that they were placing it exactly where I wanted. They wouldn't even switch out my ring for a new one until it was entirely heeled. This may turn off some but it just goes to show that they care about your well-being and satisfaction. Even if you don't get pierced there, they'll switch out piercings for you. Really friendly employees. The prices are about average but all the extra amenities that come with the service make this place the best. I'm not sure about their tattooing but I'm sure its just the same.
