Casual place with great food

This is a place to get great seafood, whether you are taking it home to prep yourself or eating at BFC. The specials are wonderful and you can't beat the price. My fav lunch is crab louie salad with lemon ranch (instead of louie dressing), but the sushi is good too. Try the spicy tuna if you like it spicy. The soups are full of flavor. The fish and chips is great and so much to choose from. These guys can cook, but if you are looking for decor, pretense or pomp, go elsewhere.

Fresh fish for a great price

Well I have to disagree with the first two posts. I am from Eugene and travel to bend often for business. I am thrilled when I get the opportunity to eat there.

For being a fish market, and I have been to plenty. The smell is hardly anything to be bothered about unless of course you don’t like seafood. I have been to other markets that the smell was by far more offensive.

They recently have made some changes to the inside! And it’s defiantly made a difference.

The Sushi is outstanding! Their daily soups fabulous! And for being 4 hours from the coast I don’t think you will find fresher seafood without GOING to the coast! The fish and chips, which there is quit the variety, are great. I love the different choice in tarter sauces and coleslaws. I also like that you can take fresh fish home to do as you like with it!

I will most definitely be keeping this as my lunch spot while I am doing business in bend!

Bend Fish Company needs a makeover!!

I was very disappointed with my first (and last) experience at the Bend Fish Company. There were flies everywhere and the place did not seem to be exceptionally clean. The food was OK but the outdated and "casual" look of the inside made the whole experience not so good. Even the drink machine seemed dirty, like no one had cleaned it or around it and that just made us feel like our food was not so good. They need to hire an interior decorator and spruce up the space, not to mention clean it!! Customers appreciate attention to detail.
