I was treated horribly by a staff member at Moxy!. I was a customer until today. I went in from seeing an ad for $20 off any service over $60...was told it would be honored and when after the service (massage) there was a new "manager" that told me she knew of no such coupon or ad. I told her and another staff member I sincerely saw it in the Bulletin and after several minutes of "I don't know of that ad" I felt embarassed and harassed. The staff member admitted to the ad but then changed her tone and said that there was a coupon procedure she must follow, etc....she admitted to being aware of the ad and finally honored it. An ad is an ad right???????? But, then continued to treat me like "fine, I gave it to you-now-leave-kind of attitude"....it was horrible. This new "manager" was rude, wouldn't let me talk and was very dismissive. I was embarassed and then belittled in front of a new customer that had just walked into the store. At that point the "manager" said, "just leave"...and I was shocked!!!! I cannot believe how rude, unreasonable, unkind and horrible this person was to me. I will never go back after this experience! If I went to Nordstrom I would have never been treated this poorly! Discusting.

GREAT experience!. I loved my experience at Moxy! it was very relaxing and the staff was awesome. Carah cut my hair and she did a fantastic job... her attention to detail was great!! i would reccomend Moxy to anyone. Everyone made sure i was content, and relaxed...and i didnt have to lift a finger. Great Pedis too.... the chairs are amazing! :)

This is definatly a place you need to visit.

Nightmarish experience....sad, but true.. I went in today for a pedicure, brow wax and hair cut. The pedicure was okay - I've had way better at the asian-operated spots where you pay $25 and get a bomb job. After the pedicure, I waited 40 minutes that's right 4-0. The reservationist made an error with my appointment, which I can understand, we are human. I had the eyebrow wax and clearly stated that my brow is naturally thin, so only to do a "clean-up." After the waxing, the aesthestician failed to show me a mirror to check out the job. My hair cut never to place and when I got in the car to leave the joint I finally could scope the DAMAGE. I have hardly a brow left - its so thin its barely visible. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY....I highly DON"T recommend MOXY!!! Save yourself and don't book here!

great customer service and stylists!. I have been to many salons in the bend area and moxy is by far the best! the stylist were great!!! they made you feel comfortable, and did a great job!! The service was great...they made sure i felt at home, and always asked if i needed anything to make my visit better. They also give complimentary wine, and mimosas which i also enjoyed. I would totally recommend this place to anyone. The staff there are not fake, they make you feel like you have known them forever which instantly made me feel at ease. If you havent been there...give it a try, you wont be dissapointed!

Best in Bend, accomodates customer needs.. You will not find a better service oriented, positive atmosphere in Bend, Oregon. I have traveled all over the world and gone to spa's. You can find the best right here in Central Oregon. Moxy will treat you to the best customer service and you will experience a well trained and professional staff.

I have had messages, facials and pedicures and my wife gets her hair done, facials and pedicures at Moxy.

If you desire the best, I suggest Moxy Salon and Spa

overpriced uneducated staff. well i feel like i was in a very well decorated , but uneducated salon , very very expensive won't go back ever

I love Moxy!. My husband and I went for a couples massage and facial. It was wonderful! The salon and spa are absolutely beautiful! Our massage was excellent and very detailed. We spent a half hour in a gigantic, beautiful scented bath with candles and wine. After that, we had the salon lunch and lounged in our bathrobes until our facial, which was very relaxing and very good. Overall, I was very impressed with the enitre staff and atomosphere. I lost all concept of space and time for the afternoon and will definitely be back to Moxy!

Like a star. Once going to Moxy i will never go anywhere else. The building is beautiful, the techs are very nice and the service is unbeatable. They have full massage chairs for their pedicures!!!! And its not downtown, which means that i can park my car close to the door.
