Your brisket comes with plenty of personality at this busy BBQ joint in downtown Sisters, where Elvis hangs out with you in the bathroom, the BBQ sauces comes in barrels, cans of Hamm's & Coors Light are sold under the label "Fancy Beers", and the sign over the ketchup reads "Practice Safe Lunch: Use Condiments." Love the giant handwashing station by the door, too.
