WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER..
The agent I worked with entered my billing info wrong and as a result my insurance was canceled- worse yet they failed to notify me in a timely manner, sending a letter out WEEKS after the fact. I would have expected at least a phone call from a company that had insured me for more than 10 years. When I called to address the problem, the agent was dismissive and rude, failing completely to take any responsibility for their lack of communication. They quoted me a rate that was essentially DOUBLE my previous rate... I can only imagine what would have happened if I had been in an accident while I was unknowingly uninsured. Would give ZERO stars if that were an option.
