They fired the only reason I used them. I just saw Carol the Manager at Sear's Optical in Bend, while I was shopping. She told me how this company fired her by using the lies and schemes of others. I want you to know the only reason I ever purchased a pair of glasses from Sears Optical was because of Carol's expertise and customer service. I will never return and I will tell all my friends.
