Many great experiences and I refer everyone herE!. I have experienced exceptional service with M Jacobs. I bought a sectional and the cushions got very flat and uncomfortable: they replaced all the cushions two times! Exceptional, above and beyond service! we love Andy and all his crew!

They stink.. We bought $8860.81 of furniture. The dining

table cracked and because we didn't use it often

I didn't see the cracks for awhile when I changed

the tablecloth. They took it back to FIX it which

was not possible anyway, but they didn't even

try. My husband tried to fill the large cracks on

the edges and I oiled the top for days to try to

get them smaller. We did better than whatever

they pretended to do, but it is still cracked.
