Tips for Johnson Brothers TV & Appliance

Terrible customer service. We made a huge appliance purchase from Johnson Brothers and it seemed to me that once they received our money, that's where the customer service stopped. We waited 3 months, for some piece to install our refrigerator. For 3 months we had a refrigerator sitting in the middle of our kitchen. In my mind that is unacceptable. My recommendation is don't shop there, and if you do be careful which sales person you use.
