HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!. Come into the restaurant - only one there (two other people were finishing up their meal) and ordered my meal. About 10 minutes later, I see the cook put my order up.

20 minutes later, they finally call my number (overheard the one gal ask "Why is this sitting here?". You guessed it - STONE COLD. Asked them to fix me a meal that was more than room temperature.

Instead of apologizing and fixing me another meal that was more appropriate, I get the "Well what do you want US to do?" I replied that I would like either another meal or my money back. This time, I get an attitude from the fat guy behind the counter - "What is your problem?". EXCUSE ME!!!!?

So instead of getting my order remade and hot OR getting my money back, I get NOTHING instead.

Bottom Line: $11.00+ dollar cup of mediocre coffee.......

NOT THE FIRST TIME I'VE HAD HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS JOINT.

TRY THE WEST SIDE LOCATION - THEY SEEM A LITTLE MORE ON THE BALL.

Nasty and Rude. Overpriced. Expect to pay $10 for a burger + $3 for fries + $2 for a soda. The burger was undercooked, greasy and served on a soggy bun. The staff, especially management was very discourteous -- first refusing to accept a local check and then swearing at my 5 year old daughter for asking for ketchup... What's the point of a drive-in that you have to walk inside of and wait in line for 10 minutes to order? Then wait another ten minutes to get your food? And don't expect quality from this joint.

Love it!. The best burgers anywhere! And one of the few ways to get me to do pilot butte, with the promise of the pilot butte drive in burger as a reward.

It's da bomb. No doubt the best doggone burgers within a couple hundred miles radius. Period. Servings are huge, so you get what you pay for and than some. YUM!

Hands down. Hands down the best burger I've ever had. I've traveled the country and world and had some great burgers(but)this one is king. I even had one at a fair where they had a booth set up. Still awesome!!! Thanks pilote butte for that burger fix.

The best hamburgers anywhere.. When you want a real hamburger, you go to the Pilot Butte Drive In. They have a size and style of burger for everyone. Enjoy!

SuZhou. This place has the best burger I've ever had, in Oregon. I search for great burgers, wherever I go, and this is #1, in my book, for Oregon. My daughter told me about it, as she lives in Bend. She says, everyone in Bend, goes there for the best burger around. Why is it, that great Burger places, are generally 200 to 500 miles appart.

Don't worry, I know about Calamity Janes, and it's great also. Portland has nothing, great. L.A. does.

Seattle does.

Refills on Hot Chocolate!. Good food, refills on hot chocolate with real whipped cream! Good cinnamon buns

The Burger for Burger Lovers!. This is the best burger in Bend! I used to work in Bend with my manager who would always require me to come to Pilot Butte for lunch... make sure you're hungry!
