Incredible seafood.....fun atmosphere. Pros: Best seafood in Central Oregon......if you love oysters, this is a great spot...oyster-spinach soup fantastic...cornmeal oysters also incredible.....great soups, salads, entrees...creative menu....reasonable prices...

Service can be spotty....sometimes great, sometimes understaffed and a bit slow and unattentive....

Cons: NOISY! This is the noisiest restaurant setting in Central Oregon. The brick walls in High Tides make all conversations bounce off the walls...plus having many tables in the middle of the restaurant also adds to the noise level. You have to yell to carry on any conversation in High Tides. Fun atmosphere for a group or leisure dinner. Not a romantic quiet spot by any means.

Fantastic Seafood in Central Oregon. High Tides offers Central Oregon's freshest and flavorful seafood consistently with excellent service in a lively bistro-style atmosphere. The service is always attentive and knowledgable about the menu, wine list, and the nightly specials. The place remains popular since its opening. Given it's modest size, the restaurant is one you want to get reservations for on weekends, but worth the wait if you don't have one. Try the Seahawk bread (crusty with havarti and smoked salmon) and any of their soups are fantastic. When available, the razor clams are second-to-none!
