Beautiful flowers...but. I ordered a pretty good sized arrangement from Donna's Flower Shop this past summer. While the arrangement was beautiful (for the price I paid it had better been!) the customer service was lacking. I asked for ideas and got medium…

good. the flowers were really pretty, but they didnt use the flowers that i had requested. they still did a lovely job, they just could improve a bit in the communication department.
