Great sale pricing & service. Several times a year we visit Bend and never miss the opportunity to drop into the Bass Shoe Outlet. The shop-help is always friendly and helpful and they carry some great values, including a great selection of womens and mens casual / dress socks ...... Bamboo being one of my favorite brands, we always pick up a few more pair. This trip, my husband purchased a pair of shoes that loosened a tiny bit too much. We went back to the store to pick up something else the next day; when my husband mentioned the shoe issue, the manager insisted he choose a replacement pair. VERY kind and greatly appreciated!
