Having previously gone to David's Bridal (and having been extremely disappointed), I decided to give a legitimate bridal store a try. Bend Bridal was an amazing choice, especially for a girl like me who has no idea what kinds of dresses look nice on me. Nichole helped me, and she was not only knowledgeable and respected my modesty, but also helped me find my perfect dress, which was one that I never would have picked by myself.

My daughter and I just went shopping for formal Christmas party dresses at Bend Wedding and Formal. Nicki was a great help to us in finding dresses for us to try on. She knew what would look right on us, and took the time to listen to what type of dress we wanted. We found great prices on beautiful dresses - and they have a very kind seamstress to do alterations if needed as well! Thank you, Bend Wedding and Formal!

My daughter and I came in to Bend Wedding and Formal Wear for the first time last week to look for a homecoming dress for her. The gal that greeted us was very helpful and went above and beyond to help my daughter find a dress in the color and style that she was hoping for. My daugher found one that she loved however it needed some alterations. They had a staff person in the store who took care of the alterations right there which was nice. The staff made us feel like we were a priority and a valued customer. They were very kind and compassionate and super helpful to make sure my daughter had a beautiful dress to wear that fit her perfectly. Thank you so much for taking the time to make her feel special and beautiful in her new dress!

Tux Hell In a wedding as a groomsman, been in many weddings as such. Have rented tuxes many times. All the groomsmen, except me and the groom got the WRONG kind of SHOES. My tie was dirty. When I returned it, the owner/manager blamed the "new girl." Great. Blame shifting. Hardly an apology. On the way out the door, one of the employees who had been standing there said, "See ya bud." Unbelievable. Recommend going to Robert's on Wall Street, downtown Bend. More expensive, but worth it if you are looking for a more classy, cleaner experience. Also, the attention to detail and customer service is the best in town for tux rentals.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was taking my daughter dress shopping for her first prom dress and we were told to try Bend Wedding & Formal Wear. We got there and were so excited to see all the dress choices. We started grabbing dresses to try on. We had to finally find someone to get a room as no one even said hello when we walked in. Once in a room, we needed some different sizes, no help! We found the perfect dress, however, due to the complete lack of service we walked out. I will NEVER step foot in that store again. Found the dress online who needs that store!

Very helpful. Although a little shaky at first, they jumped through hoops to make sure I got a dress almost identical to the one they had discontinued, alterations are very good as well

WORST EXPERIENCE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience of my life! The owner totally sucked the fun out of the wedding dress shopping experience. She was high strung and bossy! I couldn't even try on a dress for myself, she had to dress me which was VERY uncomfortable and my mom wasn't allowed in the dressing area to see what I was trying on. If your shopping in bend for wedding dresses don't go here! Bella brides and cordially invited made my experience so much more fun and I got to dress myself!

Great Customer Service-Best Bridal Shop in Town!. The staff at Bend Wedding & Formal helped me sooooo much! They were friendly and greeted me at the door. It was great to have professional employees who know their merchandise and helped me find the perfect dress to fit my body. We also got 10% off everything else we purchased there, because I bought my dress from them!! WAY COOL! They have Tuxedos and all the accessories. They helped to make my wedding day spectacular...I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great bridal experience!
