Tacky business practices. I received a gift certificate that I am unable to use and when I went to the business to have it refunded to the buyers credit card I was informed that refunds were not part of their "policy"(even though it's nowhere stated). So this person is out $210 and Spa Oasis gets $210 for doing absolutely nothing! I will tell everyone I know not to frequent this establishment (Bend is still a small town) and I think it's extremely "tacky" on their part to have to use these kind of tactics to generate revenue.

Girls weekend. I recently came to bend from portland to have a full spa day with about fifteen girlfriends. We had called ahead to book out a day of massage,facial,manicures,pedicures and yes hair styles!! Everyone at Oasis was so wonderful, we felt that we were the most important clients!!!

I will visting again as soon as possible. If you are ever in need of a girls weekend go to the Oasis day spa.

New Owners, Good feel. I read the reviews but thought I would give them a chance. I am so glad I did. They have new owners who are great. I guess they just remodeled...looks great. My wife and I had a great time. The massages and facials were awsome....we were having such a great time that we stayed for manicures and pedicures.....the couch we sat on was great. I had beer and wife had wine. I really felt welcome and not out of place like I usally do. Would reccommend it to anyone.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!. This spa was a treat! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and the spa was spotless! I had a european facial and a pedi and they were both really nice.

That was a spa?. I went there w/ my sister for us each to get a pedicure. There were no pedicure spa chairs - just two uncomfortable wicker chairs w/ lumpy pillows (for comfort I guess) and a cheap conair-type foot bath (apparently they have now "upgraded" to a couch). But the worst part was that the two staff members talked the whole time! I thought I was going to a "spa," which in my mind means relaxing and comfortable - either of those factors was found at Oasis, but the prices reflected as though I was. Miss this one!

THE BEST SPA EVER. WITH THERE NEW OWNERSHIIP AND PERSONEL I HAVEN'T HAD A BETTER

EXPERIENCE ANYWHERE. I HAVE BEEN THERE BEFORE AND DID NOT

LIKE IT. NOW WITH THE CHANGES I WON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SPA TO ANYONE, YOUNG OR OLD.
