Rude!. I had to give a rating, but didn't want too. A MINUS 10 would be more like it. Trying to get some lunch while on vacation. traveled on bike and had the baby asleep in the burley wagon. Thought we could grab a table in the shade and park the wagon near the table. Owner/manager comes out and says "is there something I can DO FOR YOU?" Not in a nice tone in fact he was quite threatening in his manner. He said there were no tables available. Even though there was 6 empty tables outside. My husband took offense to the tone and manners of the man and we said thanks and started on our way. Then he asked my sister what was my husbands problem? He repeated this several times. WE finally replied "you" and left. WE defiantly got the impression that the color of my husbands skin was not acceptable to this man. After reading several other reviews, we are soooo glad we didn't get service here. The staff should be happy to have a job in this economy. But I guess that's too much to ask.

decent food, rude, fire the hostess!. We have been to this place many times. But in the last year, they have treated people so rudely. There was a young family in front of me that wanted to be seated for lunch. It was 30 minutes past the posted opening hours. The young lady refused to seat them because she had not set out all the glasses yet??? I then approached her and told her I wanted to just order a few tacos for lunch. She threw a menu at me and told me I could ONLY order combos off the lunch menu. What kind of place is this? Avoid this place and go into Bend for dinner or try lunch at Blondies, Trout House or Sound Bend Bistro.

Rudness. Previously the food was very good. Recently, I am sad to say, the food and specifically the customer serviced has declined dramatically.

Ex-patron, What happened?. After trying numerous times to remedy problems (plastic in my chicken, numerous wrong orders, very poor customer service and attitudes) I will no longer be a patron. Upon making a complaint, after an array of issues, the female server/phone person was very rude and there was no attempt to remedy my situation. Having been an avid customer for many years, I greatly miss the authentic food and service that once was. Although, I refuse to be belittled or treated with disrespect by any establishment that I have supported.
